Special Invitation Lecture by Elite EBS Representative Instructors for Successful 2026 College Entrance Exams

Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) will hold the ‘2026 College Admission Success Strategy Special Lecture’ on March 8th at the 8th-floor auditorium of Gwanak-gu Office, inviting 2nd and 3rd-year high school students and their parents from Gwanak-gu to support successful college admissions for the 2026 academic year.

Due to recent issues such as the increase in medical school admissions and the expansion of non-major admission tracks, it is expected that the number of repeat and gap-year students taking the CSAT this year will be unprecedentedly high, as was the case last year. Consequently, the chances of current students passing are anticipated to be more favorable through early admission rather than regular admission.

Accordingly, this special lecture has been specially organized to help local students achieve good results in early admission by meeting the minimum CSAT standards.

In particular, the district has invited top public education instructors from EBS, representing each subject area, to this special lecture for 2nd and 3rd-year high school students in the district who wish to enter their desired universities and for parents who are new to college entrance exam preparation and have many concerns.

The lecture will be held from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM and divided into two parts, presenting admission strategies and preparation strategies for major CSAT subjects.

The ‘Part 1 Lecture (10:00 AM?12:00 PM)’ will be delivered by instructor Yoon Yoon-gu, who is active as the head instructor of the EBS CSAT on-site teacher group and a representative lecturer at admission briefings.

The lecture content analyzes the difficulty trends of last year’s CSAT questions and proposes customized admission strategies for each 2026 college admission track tailored to local students.

The ‘Part 2 Lecture (1:00 PM?5:30 PM)’ features EBS top instructors for major CSAT subjects (▲Korean Language Yoon Hye-jung ▲Mathematics Jeong Yoo-bin ▲English Jeong Seung-ik), who will lecture on guaranteed study methods and CSAT preparation strategies for each subject.

The target applicants are 350 students and parents either attending high schools located in Gwanak-gu or residing in Gwanak-gu.

The district will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6:00 PM on the 13th. Residents wishing to apply can register online through the Gwanak Career and Job Experience Support Center website.

Park Jun-hee, Mayor of Gwanak-gu, said, “Due to rapidly changing education policies, there is much confusion, but I hope this special lecture will help students and parents who are new to college entrance preparation to resolve their concerns and establish successful admission strategies.” He added, “We will continue to do our best to help our students get closer to their desired university admissions.”
