42% Discount on Season Tickets Sold in City Hall's 3rd Floor Lobby

On the 7th, Pohang City held the '2025 Pohang Steelers Season Ticket Sales Event' in the lobby on the 3rd floor of City Hall to wish for the success of the Pohang Steelers.

The event was attended by head coach Park Tae-ha, team captains Wanderson, Han Chan-hee, Lee Dong-hee, and the team's eldest player Shin Kwang-hoon. A player autograph session was held, and game calendars featuring this year’s match schedules and players’ photos were distributed, receiving great enthusiasm from fans.
Season tickets were sold at a special 42% discount on the day, and Mayor Lee Kang-deok purchased a season ticket on-site, showing strong support for the Pohang Steelers.
Additionally, the STEEL POWER zone, a space for cheering messages for the Pohang Steelers players, was operated, along with a photo zone commemorating the Korea Cup victory featuring the Steelers’ mascots Soedori and Soesuni, attracting attention.
Mayor Lee Kang-deok said, “Last year, the Pohang Steelers overcame many difficulties and achieved back-to-back Korea Cup championships, which gave great strength to the citizens of Pohang. We will cheer for the players who brought joy and inspiration together with the citizens of Pohang.”
The Pohang Steelers will officially start the season on the 11th with the 7th match of the 2024/2025 ACLE League Stage against J-League Kawasaki Frontale at Pohang Steel Yard, and will hold the official K League 1 season opener against Daejeon Hana Citizen at 1 p.m. on the 15th.
