Reviewing Countermeasures Against Financial Fraud and Voice Phishing

Jang Jong-hwan, CEO of NH Nonghyup Capital, encouraged employees during his field management visits by stating, "Preventing financial accidents is the most important factor in building customer trust." He urged employees to enhance the Fraud Detection System (FDS) to reduce financial fraud.

NH Nonghyup Capital announced on the 7th that CEO Jang had been visiting nationwide sales centers since the 5th, urging full efforts to prevent financial accidents and build customer trust.


CEO Jang told employees, "Preventing financial accidents and protecting financial consumers are the most important factors in building customer trust," adding, "Let's quickly reflect voices from the field to create safer and more innovative financial services."


An NH Nonghyup Capital official said, "Under CEO Jang's leadership and strong execution, we will build a more sophisticated financial accident prevention system and concretize consumer protection strategies," and added, "We will achieve sustainable growth based on customer trust."


CEO Jang discussed financial accident prevention, financial consumer protection, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening field-centered execution capabilities. He also reviewed voice phishing and prevention measures and instructed to enhance the FDS.


NH Nonghyup Capital has been the first in the industry to implement a post-relief system for customers who suffered from voice phishing. The company plans to further strengthen this to create an environment where customers can safely use financial services.


An NH Nonghyup Capital official stated, "We will continue nationwide field inspections to prepare countermeasures for preventing financial accidents," and added, "We plan to establish ourselves as a financial partner growing together with customers."
