Seeking Customized Support Policies in Yangsan
On the 5th, Yangsan City in Gyeongnam held the '2025 Gyeongnam Regional Small and Medium Business Support Project Briefing' at the Yangsan Business Center.
The event was jointly organized by the Gyeongnam Small and Medium Venture Business Administration and Yangsan City, and was attended by about 200 employees of local companies and affiliated organizations.
This briefing included an explanation of the 2025 policy direction of the Gyeongnam Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, and six business support-related organizations including Yangsan City and Gyeongnam Province participated to explain their respective small and medium business support projects. In particular, the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation's foreign exchange risk response measures and the Small and Medium Business Promotion Corporation's policy fund guidance to cope with the recent high exchange rate era received great interest and positive responses from businesspeople.
Additionally, outside the briefing hall, consultation desks were operated by each affiliated organization to provide consultations tailored to the individual needs of companies, and innovative research institutions located in Yangsan, such as Gyeongnam Technopark and the Korea Conformity Laboratories, promoted industrial technology innovation projects through promotional booths.
Yoon Byung-kwon, Director of Business Support Division, said, “We hope that this briefing will further strengthen the capabilities of local small and medium enterprises,” and added, “Yangsan City will continue to discover and steadily implement customized support policies that can provide practical help to business management.”
