Support for Active and Productive Senior Activities
The Korea Senior Citizens Association Miryang Branch held the 2025 Senior Job Launch Ceremony on the 4th at the Sammun-dong Culture and Sports Center in Miryang, Gyeongnam.
At the launch ceremony, attended by about 900 people including Mayor An Byeong-gu and senior job participants, the progress of the 2025 senior job project was explained, followed by the appointment of team leaders for each project group and the reading of the pledge.

Mayor An encouraged, "This will be a meaningful project that helps seniors lead active and productive lives throughout the year, creating a better tomorrow for our local community together," adding, "We will listen carefully to the seniors' difficulties and pay close attention even to small voices, making more efforts to support them thoroughly."
Meanwhile, Miryang City's 2025 Senior Job and Social Activity Support Project plans to involve 3,000 participants, an increase of 260 from last year, and will be operated in 8 towns and townships and 3 implementing organizations.
