Moalifeplus Signs 2.3 Billion Supply Contract for 'Polymune' with Cohens

Global healthcare company Moa Life Plus announced on the 4th that it has signed a supply contract worth 2.3 billion KRW for the health supplement ‘PolyMune,’ which contains PGA as its main ingredient, with Cohens (ChorokSobi), an eco-friendly bio company specializing in distribution.

This contract involves launching a health supplement primarily composed of PGA, an immune-functional ingredient recognized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) developed with Moa Life Plus’s proprietary technology, and raw materials from Biomeicine, a research company of the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, for which Cohens holds exclusive sales rights. Moa Life Plus has signed an exclusive domestic supply contract with Cohens for this product.

The supply contract aims to expand domestic distribution and strengthen market dominance of Moa Life Plus’s patented PGA technology by combining Biomeicine’s technology-developed natural substances with its own PGA to create PolyMune, which maximizes immune and antioxidant functions. This will be distributed through ChorokSobi, a subsidiary of Cohens, which has secured a nationwide distribution network including 10 centers and 35 agencies.

PGA-K, researched by Moa Life Plus for 25 years, has been confirmed through human application tests conducted at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital to increase the activity of NK cells (natural killer cells), which represent innate immunity, by more than 52.3%. It is an individually recognized functional ingredient approved by the MFDS for its functionality and safety. Based on scientific evidence published in numerous academic papers, it is registered as a New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) with the US FDA and has secured dozens of patents worldwide, with its technology recognized in the US, Europe, Japan, China, and other countries.
