Hanon Systems, First Day at Pangyo Headquarters... Cho Hyun-beom: "Let's Focus on Innovation and Creating Future Value"

Hanon Systems, acquired by Korea & Company Group, has started operations at the group headquarters in Pangyo. Chairman Cho Hyun-beom, who welcomed Hanon Systems employees on their first day at the group headquarters, emphasized, "Let us unite our efforts for proactive innovation and the creation of future value."

On the 4th, Korea & Company Group announced that it held a welcoming event called 'Moving Day' for Hanon Systems employees at the Techno Plex headquarters in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, on the 3rd.

The event was organized to welcome about 150 Hanon Systems Seoul office employees who began working at Techno Plex and to introduce the building's infrastructure and the unique corporate culture, 'Proactive culture.'

About 160 executives and employees attended the event, including Chairman Cho, Park Jong-ho, CEO of Korea & Company, Lee Soo-il, CEO of Hanon Systems, President Park Jung-ho, and Vice President Seo Jung-ho. Notably, Chairman Cho and CEO Lee engaged in candid conversations with the attendees. The dialogue between the top management and employees lasted nearly three hours without any prior preparation or script.

Chairman Cho began by saying, "I am pleased to embark on a new growth journey together with Hanon Systems and the group," and emphasized, "We will do our best to ensure that the capabilities of each division create synergy by utilizing all group resources, including the holding company, infrastructure, and network."

He added, "Let us strive to quickly innovate the areas that require integration, such as organization, culture, and infrastructure, to become a complete unity."

CEO Lee stated, "Based on the group philosophy of Proactive culture, we will strive for a complete chemical bond," and said, "We will innovate all areas including strategy, human resources, and finance to help Hanon Systems leap forward as a 'Great company.'"

Earlier, Korea & Company Group completed all administrative procedures for the acquisition by filing the affiliation report of Hanon Systems with the Fair Trade Commission at the end of last month.
