Ye Gyeongtak, President of BNK Gyeongnam Bank, Elected as President of Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation

Ye Kyung-tak, President of BNK Gyeongnam Bank, was elected as the 6th integrated president of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation.

Bank President Gye Kyung-tak elected as the 6th integrated president of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation.

President Ye was highly praised for his dedication to the development of local athletics and sports, and will serve as the 6th president following his tenure as the 5th integrated president of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation.

Last year, athletes from the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation achieved excellent results, ranking 1st overall at the ‘32nd National Sports for All Athletics Competition Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Cup,’ 2nd at the ‘2024 National Sports for All Festival Athletics Competition,’ and 3rd at the ‘30th Korea Sports Council President’s Cup National Sports for All Athletics Competition,’ with continuous support provided to help them succeed.

Since 1997, BNK Gyeongnam Bank has continuously donated funds to support the development of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation.

President Ye Kyung-tak stated, “I am grateful to the athletes and officials of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation who are working hard representing Gyeongsangnam-do. I will support and join efforts to make athletics a sport loved by local residents. BNK Gyeongnam Bank will also make various efforts to promote local sports development and improve the health of local residents.”

Meanwhile, President Ye Kyung-tak received a ‘Merit Award’ from the Korea Athletics Federation in February last year while serving as the 5th integrated president of the Gyeongsangnam-do Athletics Federation.
