Jangseong County Supports Utility Bills for Small Restaurants to Overcome Livelihood and Economic Challenges

300,000 KRW in Public Utility Fee Support for Electricity, Gas, and Water
Applications Accepted at Administrative Welfare Centers Where Businesses Are Located Until the 28th

Jangseong County in Jeollanam-do will provide 300,000 KRW in public utility fee support to local restaurant small business owners to help revive the local economy.


According to the county on the 3rd, this project is part of a comprehensive livelihood economic measure and will provide 300,000 KRW for electricity, gas, and water utility fees to small restaurants with annual sales of less than 104 million KRW.

Eligible recipients can apply at the town or township office where the restaurant is located until the 28th. Simplified taxpayers must submit their ID and business registration certificate, while general taxpayers must additionally submit VAT standard tax certificates and health insurance-related documents.


The support fund will be paid in the amount of 300,000 KRW to the business owner's account sequentially from the end of February after document review and screening.


County Governor Kim Hanjong said, "We are implementing emergency support to stabilize the management of small business owners who are struggling due to economic downturn and decreased sales," and added, "Please make sure to apply within the deadline."
