Jo Ikmun, President of Gwangju Transportation Corporation, Lee Hyemyung, Standing Auditor, representatives of the labor union, and about 10 executives and employees recently held an "Anti-Corruption and Integrity Campaign with Citizens" at Sangmu Station in Seo-gu, promoting the spread of a culture of integrity.


During the campaign, they promoted various integrity practices to citizens using the urban railway, including the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, prohibition of abuse of power, and the whistleblower protection system, and encouraged citizens to actively participate.


The corporation is carrying out various activities to share awareness of integrity, such as sending integrity messages to all employees, conducting duty inspections to establish public service discipline, operating a year-round gift reporting center, and sending integrity letters to external contractors, in order to create a transparent and clean organizational culture.


President Jo Ikmun said, "We are actively working to spread a culture of integrity and establish a fair organizational culture," and added, "We will continue to do our best to become a model public enterprise trusted by the local community."
