Cashback Limit Raised to 700,000 KRW and 7% Rate
to Promote Consumption

Yangsan City in Gyeongnam Province will increase the cashback payment limit from 500,000 KRW to 700,000 KRW per month during weekdays in February.

This year, the cashback rate for the Yangsan Love Gift Certificate was planned to be 7% on weekdays excluding holiday months, with a monthly payment limit of 500,000 KRW. However, in February, the cashback rate remains 7%, but the payment limit will be raised from 500,000 KRW to 700,000 KRW.

This increase was decided as part of efforts to stimulate citizen consumption and revitalize the frozen domestic economy and local businesses at the beginning of the year. Yangsan City sent a video letter encouraging local consumption to citizens and businesses to activate the local market before the Lunar New Year holiday.

In addition, following January, various consumption promotion events will be held in February as well, including providing 5,000 KRW and 10,000 KRW discount coupons for services such as Baedal Yangsan and Yangsan Jangbogi operated within the Yangsan Love Gift Certificate app.
