Strengthening Loan Services for Customers
Who Find It Difficult to Visit the Bank Starting in February

NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters will open the Gyeongnam Digital Loan Center starting February.

The Gyeongnam Digital Loan Center will exclusively handle consultation, screening, and execution tasks for mobile mortgage and jeonse deposit loans, which were previously processed at branch offices, through non-face-to-face services. To this end, loan experts were selected from branch employees over the past month, received separate training, and were assigned to the loan center.


With the new operation of the Gyeongnam Digital Loan Center, non-face-to-face services are now available for mortgage and jeonse loan term extensions, as well as for the Akim e-Bogeumjari Loan and Beotimmok Jeonse Deposit Loan.


In particular, non-face-to-face loans occurring in the Gyeongnam region will be managed separately, which is expected to significantly enhance the convenience of non-face-to-face loans for Nonghyup customers in the province.


Director Cho Cheong-rae said, “With the opening of the Gyeongnam Digital Loan Center, we will smoothly respond to the demand for non-face-to-face loans and customer needs, and the usability of NH Nonghyup Bank’s main platform, All One Bank, will also be greatly improved.”


Meanwhile, to use non-face-to-face loans, customers can download and sign up for the All One Bank app from the Play Store or App Store, then select the desired loan product under ‘Product Mall > Loan’ at the bottom of the main screen to apply.
