Up to 12 Million KRW Support for 27 Detached Houses Over 20 Years Old
Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting applicants for the 'Small-scale Old House Repair Support Project' until the 14th of next month.
The support target for house repairs is a total of 27 households. The project target areas include Anseong 1, 2, and 3-dong districts within the 'Old Downtown Revitalization Master Plan Establishment Zone' (17 households) and Seongnam and Okcheon districts (10 households). Applications are accepted for old detached houses in the target areas that have been approved for use for more than 20 years.
Support is provided for house repair works such as roofing, exterior walls, insulation, waterproofing, and landscape improvement works such as fence and gate upgrades. High-end houses with a publicly announced price of 900 million KRW or more, cases supported by other public projects within the last 5 years, illegal buildings and temporary structures, interior renovation works, and simple lighting fixture replacements are excluded from support.
Up to 12 million KRW per household is supported within 90% of the construction cost, while vulnerable housing groups such as basic livelihood security recipients, low-income households, and single-parent families receive 100% support. Detailed information can be found in the notices and announcements section on the Anseong City website.
