Shinsegae Centum City has opened a pop-up store for the Asian pork valley specialty restaurant "Geumdonbang," which will set a new standard for gourmet dining in everyday life.
"Geumdonbang," meaning "a space that holds pork as precious as gold," offers a variety of dishes made with diverse pork from various Asian countries.
The signature menu includes whole pork belly Dongpa-yuk, crispy pork, pork jowl boiled meat, five-spice pig's feet, spicy grilled pork ribs, and seasoned grilled bones.
At this pop-up store, in addition to the signature dishes, customers can also enjoy side dishes and sauces perfect for pork, such as knife-cut bibim noodles, pork skin noodles, and Hongso-yuk sauce, as well as seasonings.
Geumdonbang can be visited at the basement level 1 food hall of the department store until the 13th of next month.
