Dexter Crema Acquires Martech Company Opinomarketing

Dexter Crema is acquiring MarTech company Opino Marketing to enhance its services and expand its business scope.

Dexter Studio announced on the 24th that its subsidiary, Dexter Crema, has signed a merger and acquisition agreement with Opino Marketing.

Opino Marketing is a MarTech company that provides integrated solutions across the entire digital marketing process, including performance marketing, CRM, and growth, based on customer behavior data, media data, and other data. It has designed customer experiences for numerous domestic and international companies in fields such as fashion, beauty, and F&B. The company also holds partnerships with global marketing firms like BigInsight, InnoRed, and Contentsquare. Dexter Crema decided to acquire Opino Marketing, highly valuing its MarTech infrastructure and data-driven expertise.

Dexter Crema plans to strengthen its dominance in the digital marketing market by leveraging Opino Marketing’s accumulated MarTech solution operations and performance marketing know-how. By enhancing its data-driven consulting capabilities, the company expects to accelerate the advancement of its hyper-personalized AI marketing solution 'Adplorer' and AI influencer marketing solution 'Linkplorer.'

Dexter Crema, which focuses on overseas markets, and Opino Marketing, which is well-versed in the domestic market, are expected to create new opportunities through the exchange of networks and sales expertise. They will pursue a strategy of cross-selling by combining their marketing solutions and consulting services.
