On the 24th, ahead of the Lunar New Year, members of the Naval Logistics Command Ordnance Ammunition Depot (hereinafter ‘Byeongtanchang’) extended warm support to veterans' families and marginalized groups residing in Jinhae.

This visit was organized to practice the spirit of sharing and wishing each other well during the Lunar New Year, as Byeongtanchang members visited veterans' families and marginalized local groups to wish for their well-being and voluntarily delivered collected consolation funds to demonstrate the spirit of neighborly love.
Byeongtanchang members presented consolation money to veteran family member Im Malseon (83 years old), became companions for conversation, and promised unwavering support and assistance for veterans' families.
Next, the Byeongtanchang members visited the Jinhae Rehabilitation Center, handed over consolation funds to the center’s officials to be used for marginalized local groups, and expressed respect and gratitude to the medical staff dedicated to managing the health of the patients visiting the center.
Warrant Officer Kwon Young-gwan, Chief of the Logistics Command Byeongtanchang, said, “Although the amount is small, we raised and delivered consolation funds to share warmth with local residents and practice the spirit of neighborly love. We will continue to plan active sharing activities that can work together with the community as the people’s navy and strive to establish a trustworthy image of the navy for the public.”
