12 Films on Education, History, and More to Be Screened
Busan Metropolitan Central Library (Director Shin Yong-chae) branch Busan Education History Museum will operate "Wednesday Masterpieces at the History Museum" for students and local residents at the museum's video room from 2 PM on the last Wednesday of every month from the 31st of this month through December.
This event was prepared to provide opportunities for cultural and artistic enjoyment to the local community, enhance citizens' humanities literacy, and help deepen understanding of education and history.
The museum selected 12 films themed around education, history, and records. Starting with "Dongju" on January 31, various films such as "Sura," "Resistance: The Story of Yu Gwan-sun," "Padak Padak," "Aladdin," and "Park Yeol" will be screened.
Those who wish to attend can make a reservation through the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education integrated reservation portal or apply by phone to the museum. Detailed information can be found on the Busan Education History Museum website and Instagram.
Director Shin Yong-chae of the Central Library said, "I hope this film screening will awaken cultural sensitivity among residents and become a special experience that enriches their lives."
