Chaebi Launches SaaS-Based Operating System and Mobile App 'ChargingHub'... Leading Innovation in the Electric Vehicle Charging Market

Chaebi (formerly Daeyeong Chaebi, CEO Choi Young-hoon), the No.1 domestic electric vehicle fast charging CPO company, announced on the 24th the launch of a new SaaS-based Charging Service Management System (CSMS) and mobile application ‘Charging Hub’.


The newly launched SaaS-based (Software as a Service) Charging Service Management System (CSMS) by Chaebi is an integrated solution that allows charging service operators to efficiently manage their charging networks. It offers various functions such as membership management, real-time monitoring of charging station status, data analysis of chargers and charging processes, and optimization of maintenance, enhancing both management convenience and service quality simultaneously.


Additionally, since it is provided in a SaaS format, customers can use services utilizing the latest technology without the burden of initial installation and maintenance costs. This minimizes investment burdens in the early market and allows flexible responses to the expansion of charging infrastructure. Based on these characteristics, Chaebi’s SaaS-based Charging Service Management System is expected to become a core solution for electric vehicle charging operations in the future.


In addition to launching the Charging Service Management System, Chaebi also announced the release of a new mobile application ‘Charging Hub’ that maximizes convenience for charging users.


This application allows users to search for charging stations, make reservations, authenticate, check real-time charging status, and complete payments all at once. Moreover, through data linkage, users can quickly obtain necessary information, and operators can promptly respond to customer demands based on this data, enabling smooth interaction between users and operators. Based on these features, ‘Charging Hub’ is expected to play an important role in enhancing both the efficiency and convenience of charging network operations, strengthening Chaebi’s market competitiveness.


The launch of this SaaS-based Charging Service Management System and application is analyzed to be based on Chaebi’s accumulated expertise in charger manufacturing and CPO operations over many years. In particular, Chaebi has been collecting and operating various data to build an efficient charging network through its self-developed site evaluation system. This data collection and operation capability played a key role in the development and launch of the SaaS-based CSMS and application. Going forward, Chaebi plans to further strengthen its competitive edge in the electric vehicle infrastructure market by selling combined products of CSMS, mobile applications, and chargers.
