Simmons Donates Household Goods Worth 40 Million Won to Icheon City

Annual Holiday Donations Continued Since 2018

Simmons donated household goods worth 40 million KRW to the local community in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

On the 24th, Simmons announced that a donation ceremony was held at Icheon City Hall, attended by Lee Jong-seong, Vice President of Simmons Production and Logistics Strategy Division, and Kim Kyung-hee, Mayor of Icheon.

Since 2018, Simmons has donated household items such as TVs and refrigerators to the Icheon community every holiday season.

Vice President Lee said, "As a member and neighbor of the local community, we decided to deliver household goods to offer some support," adding, "We will continue to closely cooperate with Icheon City to carry out beneficial ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities in various ways."

Mayor Kim responded, "We deeply appreciate Simmons for showing kindness to the local community every holiday," and added, "I hope that Icheon City and Simmons will continue to coexist harmoniously throughout this year."

Meanwhile, Simmons also donated household goods worth 5 million KRW to Moga-myeon, Icheon City, further emphasizing the meaning of regional coexistence.
