Customers with the highest usage of the SOL Travel Check Card will be selected and each will receive 500,000 My Shinhan Points. Among the applicants, five winners will be chosen: one customer who spent the most overseas, one who spent the most domestically, one who had the highest combined number of transactions overseas and domestically, and one customer each who spent the most in the country where the card was used the most and the least since the card’s launch.

The spending calculation period is from the card launch date, February 14 of last year, until February 14 of the following year.

There is also a 100% winning event with no losers. Customers who use the SOL Travel Check Card at least once overseas during the event period will be entered into a draw to win up to 500,000 My Shinhan Points. The event runs until the 20th of next month for applicants. Detailed information can be found on the Shinhan Card website or the Shinhan SOL Pay application.

Shinhan Card stated that it issued a cumulative total of 1 million SOL Travel Cards within six months of launch. Currently, the number has surpassed 1.6 million. The card offers overseas travel benefits such as preferential exchange rates for 42 world currencies, exemption from overseas usage and ATM fees, and airport lounge services. It also includes domestic benefits such as a 5% discount at the four major convenience stores in Korea and discounts on domestic public transportation.
