Shinwon announced on the 24th that it will publicly recruit regular full-time new employees. Despite the uncertain economic situation, Shinwon has determined that securing key talent is an essential factor for strengthening long-term competitiveness and has actively started recruitment.
This recruitment is limited to the export division, and the positions available are ▲Overseas Sales ▲Strategy ▲Fabric Sourcing in three departments. The total number of recruits is planned to be 00, selecting talents with expertise in related fields and global competitiveness.
The qualifications include ▲a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university (including those expected to graduate in February 2025) ▲no disqualifications for overseas travel, etc. Applicants must submit their application forms through the recruitment website by midnight on the 10th of next month. After document screening, competency tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in March. The final selected candidates will undergo a four-month internship process and will be converted to regular employees based on evaluation.
