A website has emerged that publicly displays photos of individuals suspected to have participated in the Seoul Western District Court disturbance, sparking controversy.

On the 23rd, the website address under a certain name was widely shared across multiple online communities. The site features hundreds of photos of public figures and ordinary people categorized under titles such as 'List of Suspected Treason Criminals,' 'Treason Leaders,' 'Military,' 'Police,' and 'Rioters.'

Among these, the category labeled 'Rioters' displays unblurred photos of 53 individuals suspected of participating in the Seoul Western District Court disturbance on the 19th. Instead of names, numbers like 'Rioters1,' 'Rioters2,' etc., are assigned below the photos, which appear to be captured from YouTube videos that live-streamed the scene at the time. The list also includes members of the anti-communist youth group who were previously at the center of the 'Baekgoldan controversy.'

The site categorizes the so-called 'List of Suspected Treason Criminals' in detail. The 'Treason Leaders' list includes photos of President Yoon Seok-yeol and First Lady Kim Geon-hee. The 'Military' category features photos of former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, former Intelligence Commander Noh Sang-won, and former Military Counterintelligence Commander Yeo In-hyung. Members of the People Power Party are posted under a category named 'Power of Treason.' Numerous figures from the broadcasting and arts community who supported President Yoon’s emergency martial law are included in the 'Propagandists' category.

It has not been confirmed whether those classified as rioters on the site are the same 56 individuals for whom arrest warrants have been issued on charges related to the Seoul Western District Court disturbance. It is also unknown whether the individuals whose photos were published consented to the disclosure of their faces or who operates the website. Consequently, controversy over 'private sanctions' appears inevitable.
