Since 2022 until 2024, the Galmae Hanla Vivaldi Apartment residents' representative meeting and management office staff have cooperated to improve safety and the environment within the apartment complex.

They established a system to completely block illegal external vehicles and strictly manage incoming vehicles by installing perimeter security gates, strengthening the CCTV system, and improving the parking control system.

Additionally, environmental improvement works were carried out, including additional landscaping planting, exterior wall painting, and full reconstruction of the underground parking lot floor and rooftop waterproofing. In particular, two glass window walls were installed in the underground parking lot facing Galmaecheon Stream, reducing the frequency of heating wire operation and thereby lowering the shared electricity costs.

In the recently created garden within the complex, solar-powered landscape lighting was installed to protect the environment and enhance the apartment’s aesthetics, receiving positive evaluations.

Investments for safety are also notable. Blind spots were eliminated through improved CCTV image quality and additional installations, and functional CCTVs capable of immediate response to dangerous behavior or emergencies were introduced in the children’s playground and inside elevators.

Especially in the elevators, if a loud scream is made during a dangerous situation, a popup window with a danger signal appears on the security office monitor, enabling rapid dispatch.

Thermal imaging cameras were installed at electric vehicle charging facilities to send warning signals to the security office if a certain temperature is exceeded, allowing early fire suppression. The skyview cameras installed on the rooftop enable monitoring of residents’ movement paths, allowing immediate confirmation and guidance of incidents occurring within the complex, thereby enhancing residents’ sense of security.

The acquisition of this ISO certification is the result of these various efforts and holds great significance in the apartment management industry, where preventing safety accidents has become crucial due to the recent strengthening of the Serious Accident Punishment Act.

A representative of the Galmae Hanla Vivaldi Apartment management office said, “Obtaining ISO certification as the first apartment in the country is the result of the joint efforts of residents and management office staff, and we feel great pride. We hope this exemplary case of apartment management protecting each other’s safety and environment will spread widely to other complexes.”
