Pocheon Aebom 365 is directly operated by Pocheon City and provides continuous care for elementary school students in need of care, as well as △temporary care △learning care using edutech △support for developing one special skill per child △safe return home △meals and snacks, showcasing a Pocheon-style care system.

The Pocheon Aebom 365 Sineup Center, opened last August through cooperation between Pocheon City and the local community, hosted this event to provide cultural exchange opportunities among children using elementary care and to allow parents to observe. The event was attended by about 80 people, including Mayor Baek Young-hyun, children using elementary care in Pocheon, parents, and care facility officials.

The event featured various programs that received great responses from participants, including storytelling prepared by "Kkumideun Buksori," a storytelling group composed of local parents, horticulture and balloon art experiences, as well as AI educational tools and content experiences.

In particular, the educational play robots equipped with generative artificial intelligence (AI) functions and self-directed learning content distributed by Pocheon City to elementary care facilities attracted great interest among parents, demonstrating the vision of a smart care system prepared for the digital age.

Mayor Baek Young-hyun of Pocheon said, "All children in Pocheon are the future and precious treasures of our city," adding, "We will expand and establish the Pocheon-style elementary care 'Pocheon Aebom 365,' which safely and lovingly cares for children all day long, and we will also make meticulous efforts to operate programs that support children's dreams."

Meanwhile, Pocheon City plans to further strengthen the local elementary care system by newly opening 'Pocheon Aebom 365' centers in Soheul-eup, Yeongjung-myeon, and Ildong-myeon in 2025. It also plans to build a care environment that satisfies both parents and children by providing 24/7 care services, Aebom 365 children's cafeterias, and hospital accompaniment services for sick children. The city is striving for a bright future for Pocheon’s children by presenting a new model of elementary care and strengthening the role of care in the local community.
