E-magazines can be accessed for free on PCs, smartphones, tablets, and other devices without any time or location restrictions. However, for mobile devices, users must install the dedicated application 'Library Magazine.'
Citizens wishing to use the service must register (as associate members) on the Integrated Library website of the Office of Education and then visit a library to complete full member authentication. Once authentication is complete, they can access 215 types of e-magazines for free through the e-library section of the Integrated Library website.
The magazines are categorized by subject: 30 on education and literature, 39 on science, technology, and industry, 42 on culture, fashion, and lifestyle, 19 on culture and arts, 42 on current affairs and economy, 37 on travel, sports, and economy, and 6 on computers and the internet. In particular, not only the latest issues but also back issues from the past 3 to 4 years are available.
