IT startup TeamSparta announced on the 22nd that its annual revenue and operating profit last year exceeded 60 billion KRW and 10 billion KRW, respectively.
TeamSparta recorded 29.7 billion KRW in the first half of last year, achieving more than double the sales growth compared to the same period the previous year, surpassing its initial sales target of 50 billion KRW with an accelerated growth trend. TeamSparta explained that the continuous development of the education sector and the resulting business diversification were key factors.

The newly established ‘Baro Intern’ system for graduates of the ‘Naeil Baeum Camp,’ which aims for IT employment, provided activity support funds and internship opportunities with partner companies. As of the operation results up to the 7th term of ‘Baro Intern,’ the internship matching rate reached up to 97%, and the conversion rate to full-time and contract positions, excluding direct employment of graduates, also recorded nearly 40%. Through these efforts, TeamSparta secured 730,000 members, double the number from two years ago.
In B2B corporate education, TeamSparta handled about 190 projects based on the number of training sessions in 2024 alone, recording sales more than four times that of the previous year. More than half of the major clients are among the top 50 large corporations in Korea.
