Superintendent Lee Jungseon visited local social welfare facilities on the 21st ahead of Seol, sharing warmth by delivering operational supplies. On this day, Superintendent Lee visited four places in succession: Sohwajamaewon, a residential facility for people with developmental disabilities in Nam-gu; Notre Dame Brothers' Home, a child welfare facility in Nam-gu; Baramgaebi Kkumteo Public Community Child Center in Gwangsan-gu; and Holder Community Child Center in Seo-gu. Superintendent Lee said, "I would like to thank the facility staff who are working hard to realize social welfare in the community despite difficult circumstances," and added, "Gwangju education will take the lead in spreading a culture of sharing and consideration for marginalized neighbors."
