Sorux Signs 21.6 Billion KRW Electrical Construction Materials Supply Contract... "Expanding Order Scope"

Sorux announced on the 21st that it has signed a supply contract for electrical and communication construction materials with Jeongan D&C. The disclosed contract amount is 16.6 billion KRW, which corresponds to 30.62% of recent sales.

Jeongan D&C is a company engaged in residential building construction. Through this contract, Sorux will supply materials necessary for the electrical work of Block 13 of the Busan Eco 2nd Apartment. The contract period is from January 17, 2025, to March 31, 2027.

The company stated, "The disclosed amount does not include the separately contracted 5 billion KRW electrical work amount," adding, "Following the total 21.6 billion KRW contract, we are actively pursuing large-scale orders next month, ranging from lighting fixtures to auxiliary materials and construction services."

Established in 1996, Sorux is engaged in the manufacturing of lighting fixtures. To secure future growth engines, it is currently undergoing a merger process with Aribio, a dementia treatment company.
