Group SEVENTEEN, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), and NewJeans have donated stage costumes and accessories to the MusiCares charity auction, Hybe Music Group announced on the 21st.
MusiCares is a charitable organization under the Recording Academy, which hosts the United States' most prestigious popular music awards, the Grammy Awards. Every year, it holds a charity auction before the Grammy Awards ceremony.
For this year's auction, SEVENTEEN donated costumes and accessories worn in the unit music video from their best album '17 IS RIGHT HERE.' Tomorrow X Together contributed costumes featured in the concept photos of their sixth mini-album 'minisode 3: TOMORROW.' NewJeans offered stage costumes worn at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards held in Los Angeles (LA), USA, last March.
This is their first time participating in MusiCares' charity auction. Previously, BTS, also under Hybe, participated from 2020 to 2023. At that time, they submitted costumes and a signed microphone worn in the 'Dynamite' music video and at the 2021 Grammy Awards stage.
The 67th Annual Grammy Awards will be held on the 2nd of next month (local time) at the Crypto.com Arena in LA, and this year's charity auction will also feature participation from Ringo Starr, Coldplay, Billie Eilish, and others.
