Daewoo E&C announced the Purijio Edition 2025, named after its apartment brand, on the 21st. The company has been setting apartment product trends every two years since 2021. It plans to selectively apply these trends to some of the new complexes being launched this year.
One of the key features highlighted was the guesthouse private spa, which was introduced in an apartment complex planned for Busan last year. This year's trend theme is healing and recovery, reflecting the idea of implementing this through apartment residents' shared facilities. The apartment exterior features a design inspired by nature, with gradient lighting from the first floor to rooftop sculptures. Custom lighting designs will also be applied to the main entrances and shared facility lounges.

To reduce noise between floors, the company decided to apply a smart air coil floor structure. They explained that by adding a mattress to the existing triple floor structure, sound insulation performance was enhanced. As part of barrier-free design, a color design guide for the underground parking lot was developed. Each building will have different accent colors to help residents easily find the main entrance from the parking lot, and neon colors will be applied to the floors and pillars at intersections.
Reflecting the latest residential trends, a showroom-style kitchen with an independent island and a ‘bath in room’ interior, where each room has its own bathroom, were also introduced. These products, specialized for large-sized units, will be first applied to the complex in Namcheon-dong, Busan, which will be launched this year.
