Approximately 37,000 Parcels to Be Inspected for 20 Days Starting January 22
Strengthening Resident Trust by Providing Transparent and Accurate Land Price Information
Gwanak-gu (District Mayor Park Jun-hee) will conduct a "Pre-Inspection of Land Characteristics for Individual Officially Announced Land Prices" to ensure fair and accurate determination of individual official land prices.
Land characteristics refer to factors affecting land prices such as ▲public regulatory matters ▲land use conditions ▲road frontage, which are used as criteria for calculating individual official land prices by comparing them with the characteristics of comparable standard land.
The district introduced the "Pre-Inspection System for Land Characteristics" for the first time this year to supplement the legal relief procedures such as submitting opinions or filing objections regarding individual official land price complaints and to improve the quality of civil service.
The pre-inspection targets approximately 37,000 private land parcels within Gwanak-gu as of January 1, 2025.
The district will conduct the pre-inspection for landowners and stakeholders for 20 days from January 22 to February 10.
Residents who wish to inspect can visit the Real Estate Information Division of Gwanak-gu Office or inquire by phone to check the land characteristic information.
During the inspection period, the district plans to reflect residents' opinions as much as possible by conducting on-site investigations and verifying land characteristics for the opinions received, and then determine the individual official land prices after verification by appraisers.
Afterward, through land price inspection, submission of opinions, and deliberation by the Gwanak-gu Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the final individual official land prices are expected to be determined and announced on April 30.
Park Jun-hee, Mayor of Gwanak-gu, said, "This pre-inspection service enables us to provide more transparent and accurate land price information to residents," and added, "We will continue to promote individual official land price administrative tasks more fairly and reliably through active communication with residents."
