Temporary Surge in Access Due to Year-End Tax Adjustments
Family Relationship Registration System Experiences Outage for Over Two Hours
The electronic family relationship registration system website of the court experienced a temporary outage on the afternoon of the 20th. Access was restricted or delayed for over two hours, but it has now been restored.
An official from the Court Administration Office explained, "The issue has been resolved," adding, "The outage occurred due to a surge in usage related to year-end tax adjustments."
When the system outage occurred that afternoon, a notice was posted on the family relationship registration system website stating, "Certificate viewing and issuance services are currently unavailable and are being addressed."
Shortly after, it was announced that to ensure smooth service, services excluding family relationship registers, removal registers, and certificate authenticity verification from the certificate issuance menu would be restricted.
Currently, services such as English certificates and issuance history remain under "maintenance" and are unavailable.
