24.7 introduces 'Buddy' platform connecting building owners and tenants

24.7's services consist of 'Office Buddy' for building tenants and 'Building Buddy' for building owners and landlords.
The CEO said, "For landlords, we provide building management and lease management services," adding, "The Office Buddy service for tenants allows them to manage all the administrative tasks needed in the office at once."
The point that the CEO emphasizes the most is that experts in each field can be met in one place called 'Buddy.' He said, "By learning spatial information, we provide services necessary for users," and added, "Buddy is the only platform that connects landlords and tenants and offers it as a single integrated platform."
Because of these differentiators, 24.7 generated revenue from the seed investment stage. The CEO said, "Our sales target for this year is 7 billion KRW," and added, "Our goal is to build a unique real estate value chain through Buddy by utilizing the landlord and tenant database."
