Trump: "I Will Revoke Biden's Executive Orders Within Hours After Inauguration"

Emphasizing Border Control and Energy Development Pledges
"We Will Lower Taxes and Prices and Bring Factories Back to America"

President-elect Donald Trump announced on the 19th (local time) that he would immediately revoke the Biden administration's executive orders and other policies upon taking office.

Trump: "I Will Revoke Biden's Executive Orders Within Hours After Inauguration"

On the afternoon of the day before his inauguration, Trump spoke at a victory celebration rally held at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C., saying, "Starting tomorrow, we will act with historic speed and strength to solve every crisis facing our country."

He emphasized, "Tomorrow at noon, we will take back our country. The long four years of America's decline will come to an end, and a new day will begin that forever restores America's strength, prosperity, dignity, and pride. We will end the reign of the failed and corrupt political establishment and administration."

He continued, "We will stop the invasion at the border, reclaim our wealth, and unleash the liquid gold (oil) beneath our feet. We will restore law and order in our cities, rekindle patriotism in our schools, and remove 'woke' ideology from our military and government."

He also declared that TikTok, the Chinese video platform that faced removal due to national security concerns but has since restored some services, "is back as of today."

He mentioned having spoken with Apple CEO Tim Cook that day, introducing Cook's plan for large-scale investment in the United States. He said, "We will use emergency powers to enable the nation, entrepreneurs, and wealthy individuals to build large artificial intelligence (AI) factories. We need twice the energy we currently have."

He then brought Tesla CEO Elon Musk on stage to lead the newly established Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in the next administration. Musk said, "We expect to bring about many changes, and this victory is the beginning of change."

Trump also previewed some of the executive orders he would sign on inauguration day. He said, "By tomorrow evening at sunset, the invasion of our border will end," adding, "The border security measures introduced in tomorrow's inaugural address will be the most aggressive and comprehensive effort in the world to restore our border."

He predicted, "Tomorrow, you will see many executive orders that will make you very happy." He added, "The Biden administration's radical and foolish executive orders will all be revoked within hours after I take the oath of office."

He specifically targeted the Biden administration's DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies for repeal, stating that he would return both government and private sectors to meritocracy.

Trump said, "Everyone in this very large arena tomorrow will be very happy about my decision regarding the J6 (January 6th) hostages." He has referred to supporters punished for participating in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot as "hostages" and promised multiple times during the election campaign to pardon them.

He pledged to reverse excessive classification of government documents and to disclose previously unreleased information related to the assassinations of former President John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert Kennedy, former Attorney General, and Black civil rights leader Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.

Additionally, he explained that he would order the military to build a missile defense system like Israel's Iron Dome, which would be entirely made in the United States.

He also said he would return the functions of the federal Department of Education to the states and reiterated his position to end the war in Ukraine and the chaos in the Middle East.

Near the end of his speech, he stated, "We will lower taxes, inflation, and prices, raise wages, and bring thousands of factories back to America. And we will achieve this through tariffs and smart policies." He emphasized, "We will build American, buy American, and hire Americans."
