Temporary Non-Stop at Aeogae Station During Yoon's Detention Hearing Rally (Update)

As supporters of President Yoon Suk-yeol gathered near the Seoul Western District Court, where the pre-trial detention hearing (warrant review) for President Yoon was held, subway trains on Line 5 temporarily passed through Aeogae Station without stopping.

Seoul Metro announced that from 4:08 PM on the 18th, trains on both directions at Aeogae Station would pass without stopping. Normal service resumed from 4:17 PM, nine minutes later.

Supporters of President Yoon, holding Taegeukgi and the U.S. flag, gathered on Mapo-daero, causing traffic in the area to be restricted and pedestrian movement to be virtually paralyzed. Clashes between protesters and police continue in various locations.
