This accounts for 22.6% of the total revenue of the food service industry, demonstrating that online sales models such as delivery have become a major revenue source for food service businesses.

To respond to the expanding delivery market, China plans to promote institutional innovation, strengthen technological capabilities, and foster inter-industry cooperation to enable related companies to develop in an environmentally friendly and regulated manner.
