In the past, this event was a gathering where executives attended to share management strategies by business division and pledge to achieve financial goals. However, this year, about 280 leaders at the department head level, including executives, participated. The event proceeded with each business division being assigned a mission and presenting concrete execution plans to accomplish that mission.
Since the company's leaders gathered in one place to share each organization's goals and execution plans, it is expected that the ability to implement these plans will be greatly enhanced. NH Investment & Securities established a company-wide mid- to long-term strategy and corporate value enhancement plan at the end of last year and carried out an organizational restructuring for successful implementation. Given that the business environment this year is becoming increasingly uncertain due to various factors such as domestic and international political variables, each business division has been swiftly preparing specific strategies and plans to enhance business competitiveness from the beginning of the year.
At the event, President Yoon Byung-woon emphasized once again that collaboration among business divisions centered on the retail business is necessary to build a continuously growing company. He also spoke about the role and attitude of leaders in creating a productive organization and shared how threatening the paradigm shift led by NVIDIA, which he recently witnessed at CES, felt. President Yoon stated, "The world is constantly changing, and the financial investment industry has evolved according to customer needs and market conditions," adding, "To prepare for the future, we must focus on changing customers and, furthermore, define and create customers' needs ourselves."
The event began with the presentation of appointment letters to new department heads and awards for outstanding organizations and employees. It continued with a lecture titled '2025 Global Business Environment and Response Directions' by Senior Partner Jeon Eun-jo of McKinsey, and concluded with a dinner where all attendees reaffirmed their commitment.
