For First-Time Licensed Real Estate Agents and Others
Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced on the 16th that it will operate a "Visiting Customized Real Estate Transaction Education" program to enhance the transparency and efficiency of real estate transaction order and support the prevention of Jeonse fraud.
The district planned to conduct the visiting customized real estate transaction education for the first time this year, focusing on preventing the recently increasing real estate fraud and Jeonse damage, and raising compliance with real estate-related laws.
The education covers topics such as practical real estate transaction and lease reporting, land transaction permit system education, Jeonse fraud prevention and response methods, and sharing of legal amendments. The target participants are first-time licensed real estate agents, brokerage offices relocated from outside Seoul, and applicants who need practical real estate training.
Those who wish to participate can apply online through the Eunpyeong-gu Office website or visit the Real Estate Information Division of Eunpyeong-gu Office to apply. Group applications of five or more will be conducted as in-person training.
Mayor Kim Mi-kyung said, "I hope this education program will promote prompt and accurate real estate transaction reporting, establish transparent transaction order, and reduce Jeonse fraud damage."
