Base Rate of 2% Per Annum... Up to 7% with Preferential Rates Applied
Hana Bank announced on the 15th that it will launch the 'Daldal Hana Savings,' offering monthly benefits to customers who transfer their salaries to the bank, to celebrate the New Year of the Eulsa year.
'Daldal Hana Savings' is an exclusive savings product for 'Hana One Q' customers who transfer their salaries to Hana Bank, providing abundant monthly event benefits and a maximum annual interest rate of 7%.
Limited to 100,000 accounts until the end of June, the subscription amount for 'Daldal Hana Savings' ranges from KRW 10,000 to KRW 300,000 per month, with a contract period of one year. The applied interest rate is a base rate of 2.0% per annum plus a preferential rate of up to 5.0% per annum, totaling a maximum of 7.0% per annum.
The preferential interest rate conditions are ▲1.0% per annum for salary transfer ▲0.5% per annum for Hana Card payment performance ▲1.5% per annum as a first transaction appreciation rate ▲1.0% to 2.0% per annum for Daldal Hana rate. Customers who have no record of deposit or savings account subscription with Hana Bank in the past year will receive the 'first transaction appreciation' rate, and by participating in the monthly event once, they can receive the 'Daldal Hana rate,' which is provided randomly.
Customers receiving their salaries into Hana Bank accounts can participate in monthly events on 'Hana One Q,' where various coupons are offered. There are a total of 10 event coupons: five 'Daldal Hana rate' coupons (0.1% to 1.0% per annum) that can be immediately applied as preferential interest rates for 'Daldal Hana Savings,' and five lifestyle coupons usable at coffee shops and convenience stores, provided randomly.
Additionally, to commemorate the launch of 'Daldal Hana Savings,' Hana Bank will hold various prize events through a lottery, offering ▲500,000 Hana Money ▲AirPods 4th generation ▲BBQ chicken set ▲Paik’s Coffee Americano, among others. Sharing the event with acquaintances will enter participants into a draw to receive a limited edition Hana Bank keyring calendar.
A Hana Bank official stated, "To welcome the New Year 2025, we prepared this product and event to offer sweeter benefits to more customers," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide various financial products and services that help customers who use Hana Bank as their main bank."
Meanwhile, Hana Bank plans to relaunch the 'Daldal Hana Account' on January 15, which is the first in the financial sector to provide immediate reward benefits based on salary performance. New subscribers who have no record of receiving a salary through Hana Bank between July and December last year and are receiving their salary for the first time will receive mobile coupons worth about KRW 5,000 per month for up to 12 times, as before.
