Dongbu Construction announced on the 15th that it plans to sell 'Munsuro Centreville Edulice' next month in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.

Munsuro Centreville Edulice is the first 'Centreville' brand apartment to be supplied in Nam-gu, Ulsan. It will be built on a scale of 368 households in 4 buildings, from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with all units having an exclusive area of 84㎡. The number of households by type is ▲84㎡A 101 households ▲84㎡B 68 households ▲84㎡C 131 households ▲84㎡D 68 households.


The complex is located in the prestigious school district areas of Ok-dong and Sinjeong-dong in Ulsan, highlighting its educational environment. Sinjeong Elementary School is within walking distance, and within a 1 km radius are Hakseong Middle and High Schools, Ulsan Seoye Middle School, Ulsan Girls' High School, and Sinjeong High School. It is also close to Ulsan's largest academy district.


Regarding transportation, access to major roads such as Bongwol-ro and Samsan-ro is convenient, and the Gongyeoptap Rotary, the city's largest public transportation transfer hub, is a 10-minute walk away, making travel throughout Ulsan easy.
