Seosan City in South Chungcheong Province announced on the 13th that it will continue to operate its One-Stop Civil Service Consultation Desk this year, following last year's efforts, to provide "citizen satisfaction one-stop civil service."


The One-Stop Civil Service Consultation Desk guides citizens visiting the City Hall's General Civil Service Office by providing information on civil service processing staff, instructions for filling out civil service forms, how to use convenience equipment such as unmanned civil service issuance machines, and directions to departments handling complex civil services.


Additionally, the desk offers information on various administrative policies and initiatives that help improve citizen convenience, contributing to a more efficient civil service process for citizens.


This year, the city has newly appointed two One-Stop Civil Service Consultants, who will work in shifts at the General Civil Service Office for four hours each in the morning and afternoon.


The consultants aim to enhance citizen satisfaction by providing a variety of administrative services to visitors and reducing the time required to process civil service requests.


Mayor Lee Wanseop stated, "The number of citizens visiting the General Civil Service Office at Seosan City Hall exceeds 1,000 per day. Through the One-Stop Civil Service Consultation Desk, we will do our utmost to provide high-satisfaction, one-stop civil services so that citizens visiting City Hall can receive even more convenient services."
