According to Hanam City on the 13th, on the 10th, an education session titled "2025 National Basic Livelihood Security Amendments and Self-Sufficiency Project Manual" was held in the medium conference room on the 4th floor of the city hall annex to enhance the expertise of the responsible public officials and improve civil complaint satisfaction.


In particular, this training focused on strengthening the practical capabilities of new employees and existing staff, covering substantial topics such as △major amendments to the National Basic Livelihood Security △guidance for medical benefit recipients △procedures for conditional recipients △introduction to the self-sufficiency project team △precautions when receiving application documents, conducted in depth.


A Hanam City official stated, "This training was prepared so that the staff thoroughly understand the guidelines to enhance their professional expertise and provide better administrative services to civil petitioners," adding, "Through this, we expect to reduce the work gap among each Dong, and achieve prompt and accurate handling of civil complaints, thereby increasing citizen satisfaction."
