Yeongdeok-gun Publishes 2025 Life Cycle Population Policy Guidebook

From Pregnancy and Childbirth to Old Age
A Total of 84 Projects Across 7 Categories

Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, has published the "Happiness for All Generations, Life Cycle Population Policy Guidebook" to make it easy to find various information by category and to ensure that all benefits are fully enjoyed.

The population policy guidebook includes a total of 84 projects across seven categories: △ Moving in, Marriage, Residents △ Pregnancy and Childbirth △ Childcare and Education △ Multiple Children △ Youth and Housing △ Old Age △ Returning to Farming, Returning to Rural Areas, and Returning to Fishing, allowing individuals to easily find and utilize policies that match their life cycle.


Among the newly supported or expanded projects this year are △ Postpartum care expenses supported up to 1 million KRW △ Extended night-time pediatric care at Asan Hospital △ Increase in marriage encouragement funds from 1 million KRW to 5 million KRW.


Yeongdeok-gun plans to place the life cycle population policy guidebook in multi-use facilities such as each eup/myeon office, libraries, and health centers, and to post the guidebook file on the Yeongdeok-gun website so that residents can easily access it.


County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol stated, “We will strive to discover projects that residents can feel are effective and ensure that all residents of all generations can equally and fully enjoy the benefits.”
