Channel Talk secures 11 billion KRW investment,
plans to advance AI consultation technology with 'Voice ALF'
Channel Corporation, the operator of the AI business messenger 'Channel Talk,' announced on the 13th that it has secured an investment of 11 billion KRW. The cumulative investment amount is approximately 51 billion KRW.
This investment was led by existing investor Bon Angels Venture Partners, with participation from Laguna Investment and new investor Altos Ventures.
Channel Talk is a business messenger that provides various functions necessary for customer consultation, such as AI chatbots, chat counseling, internet calls, and video calls. It is used by over 180,000 client companies across various industries including fashion, beauty, and travel. In particular, the AI agent 'ALF' has been adopted by over 1,000 companies within two months of its official launch, showing stable growth.
With this investment, Channel Corporation plans to develop 'Voice ALF,' an AI that responds to customer inquiries by voice, focusing on advancing AI consultation technology. Through this, the company aims to establish itself as an AI business messenger usable by a wide range of companies, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations.
