Hyundai Engineering & Construction, competing to win the redevelopment project of Hannam 4 District in Seoul, announced on the 12th that it will build a 'Sky Community' including a 300m double sky bridge and an infinity pool.
Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to place a Sky Community in every block. In particular, blocks 30 and 34, located along the Han River, are connected by sky bridges to utilize the viewing spaces.
The community in block 30 will feature a water-themed space called 'Glory River Bay' with a large family swimming pool and a Han River-view infinity pool. The 'Sky Infinity Pool' installed on the 190m-long sky bridge connecting three buildings allows residents to swim while overlooking the Han River.
Underground, a 'Grand Aqua Park Zone' of approximately 630 pyeong will be created to enrich the community space of Hannam 4 District. This water-themed space includes various water play facilities such as an 'Aqua Pool,' 'Entertainment Pool,' 'Kids Pool,' and 'Floating Spa.'
The community in block 34 is planned as 'Glory River Front,' where residents can enjoy water sports and various water therapy facilities. On the 110m-long sky bridge connecting two buildings, residents can use the 'Sky Pilates' and 'Sky Spa.'
The ground community will include 'River Fitness,' where residents can exercise while overlooking the Han River, and the 'Endless Pool,' a premium rehabilitation and fitness space designed to minimize injury risks.
Additionally, blocks 31, 32, and 33 will each feature Sky Communities with different themes. Block 31 will have a 'Sky Bar,' block 32 a 'Sky Restaurant,' and block 33 a 'Sky Terrace.'
Each Sky Community will operate independently but will be open to all residents.
