Hannam 4 District and Apgujeong Targeted... Hyundai Construction "DH, Continues Unique Value"

Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 10th that it will continue the unique brand value of its high-end residential brand 'THE H' in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, including Hannam District 4 and Apgujeong in Gangnam-gu.

Ahead of the 3rd joint briefing session of the Hannam District 4 union scheduled for the 11th, Hyundai Engineering & Construction emphasized, "We will transform Hannam District 4 into a representative high-end residential area along the Han River through THE H's innovative design."


'THE H Hangang,' proposed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction, incorporates the philosophy of Zaha Hadid, the first female architect to receive the Pritzker Prize, into its design. It introduces a double sky bridge symbolizing the waves of the Han River and allows all union members to choose terraces for their units. It also proposes differentiated premium features and a high-end lifestyle unique to Hannam District 4. The plan is to link the previously secured 'THE H Hannam' (Hannam District 3) with Hannam District 4 to create a 'THE H brand town' exclusive to Hannam-dong, similar to 'Apgujeong Hyundai.'


Another THE H brand complex along the Han River is also about to begin construction. The protagonist is 'THE H Classt,' which is redeveloping Banpo Jugong Complex 1, 2, and 4 in Seocho-gu. With the Apgujeong redevelopment district also coming into sight, Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to further strengthen THE H brand's presence.


Hyundai Engineering & Construction applies the THE H brand only after a thorough and strict review of the project's suitability through the 'Brand Committee,' composed of top decision-makers. The most important criterion is whether the high-end product value is met in all aspects of residential experience, including location and product quality. Representative locations include the Han River areas in Gangnam such as Banpo and Gaepo, as well as central Seoul locations like Hannam and Yeouido.


In addition, seven conditions covering the entire business process?including brand, project, service, construction quality, after-sales service (A/S) and customer management, and sales?must be met. Furthermore, the project must provide rarity and artistic value represented by 'first,' 'largest,' and 'only,' as well as convenience such as aesthetic appeal and private services.


Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to continuously innovate and strive to present a new standard that is perfectly elevated across the entire residential experience through THE H, not just simple luxury, and to offer unique products. Above all, Hyundai Engineering & Construction emphasized that THE H pursues rare and carefully selected values, including irregular exteriors and gate designs unique to each complex, top-level finishes and special features, unparalleled community spaces, inspiring art decorations, and private customized services.


The quality and consumer satisfaction of THE H brand have been proven through various indices and awards. THE H ranked first in the 'High-End Residential Sector' in last year's Premium Brand Index (KS-PBI). It also held the number one spot for 35 consecutive months in the High-End Apartment Brand Reputation Index by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, and ranked first in high-end residential sectors consecutively in 2023 and 2024 through Real Estate R114 and Korea Research.


A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official said, "THE H has secured a unique position in key locations along the Han River and Gangnam area, establishing itself as a symbol of landmark complexes.
