Special Training on Public Service Discipline Held for 113 Newly Appointed Firefighters

The Northern Gyeonggi Fire and Disaster Headquarters conducted a special training session on establishing public service discipline for 113 newly appointed firefighters on the 10th.

This training was organized to enhance the sense of responsibility and calling among newly appointed firefighters and to promote communication and harmony within the organization.

Hong Jang-pyo, head of the Northern Fire and Disaster Headquarters, personally took the podium to deliver a lecture on "The Responsibility and Sense of Calling of Firefighters," followed by education on eradicating and preventing misconduct.

Head Hong stated, “This special training will serve as an important opportunity to reflect on the duties as firefighters and to create an organizational culture of mutual respect and cooperation. We will continue to build a fire service organization that prioritizes the safety and happiness of the residents.”
