The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will support facility improvements for small-scale manufacturing companies and aging knowledge industry centers.
On the 10th, Suwon City announced that it will provide a total of 146.88 million KRW in renovation costs to six small-scale companies and one aging knowledge industry center selected for the '2025 Business Environment Improvement Project.'
The support funds will be used for ▲dormitories, cafeterias, restrooms, shower rooms, and break areas ▲workspaces, workbenches, storage racks, ventilation and dust collection systems, conveyor workbenches ▲aging parking lots and restrooms, public facilities ▲installation and renovation of fire safety facilities, replacement of old electrical wiring, installation of partition walls in hazardous material storage areas, and more.
Suwon City plans to execute the budget within the first half of this year to ensure project efficiency.
A Suwon City official emphasized, "By supporting facility improvements for small-scale manufacturing companies and aging knowledge industry centers, we will foster the manufacturing industry and make Suwon a city favorable for business."
