On the 9th, JK Kim Dong-wook posted the music video of his song "Fight" on his social media account. Along with it, he wrote, "42.4%. No matter how much I don't care about numbers, data cannot be denied," and added, "South Korea is definitely filled with patriots exceeding 50%."
He claimed, "Even now, the 20s and 30s who are working hard and our elders, and even overseas Koreans living abroad are rushing back to the country out of concern for the nation." He continued, "Maybe this is why it feels rewarding to protect the country. This song was a single released a while ago," and added, "Although it was a song that was hard to get on air, I thought it might be suitable for this time, so I posted it."

Meanwhile, on the 3rd, JK Kim Dong-wook posted a photo of the Taegeukgi flag with the phrase "Protecting the president is the way to protect the country. Public Corruption Investigation Office who?" on his SNS. This is interpreted as expressing his opinion on the Public Corruption Investigation Office's attempt to execute an arrest warrant for President Yoon on the same day. Later, on the 7th, he announced, "I bring unfortunate news from the New Year," saying, "The concert at Daegu Seo-gu Cultural Center scheduled for the 25th has been canceled." Regarding the reason for the cancellation, he explained, "The concert organizers conveyed safety reasons due to external complaints opposing my appearance," and added, "It was canceled due to absurd agitation by external people who filed complaints with the intention of threats, saying they would protest if the concert proceeded, not complaints from the attendees."
He continued, "It is regrettable as it was my first concert in Daegu in several years, and I was even practicing duet songs intensively a week ago. People around me say I should sue and other things, but rather than that, I leave this post hoping that such a situation where the will of the majority is overturned by the opinions of a few agitators, not a breach of contract, will not happen again through public discussion," and added, "I apologize to the fans who were planning to come that day."
