The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 10th that the Korea Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants (Chairman Koo Jae-yi) donated 10 million won to help the families of the victims of the passenger plane accident.
Koo Jae-yi, Chairman of the Korea Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants, stated, “Sharing the pain with the people during a national disaster is a natural duty to fulfill the mission as highly public-minded tax accountants,” and added, “I hope this donation brings some comfort to the bereaved families.”
The Korea Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants previously donated 100 million won collected from members to support flood victims during the 2023 floods.
Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, expressed deep gratitude for the warm sharing from the tax accountants, saying, “We will carefully deliver the donated funds to the bereaved families,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with the Korea Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants to overcome disasters.”
